What You’ll Do

  • Support the development and implementation of infrastructure project plans and schedules.
  • Participate in project initiation, feasibility assessments, and planning processes.
  • Review project implementation plans to ensure alignment with NSF objectives and funding agreements.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and performance indicators.
  • Coordinate project activities with various stakeholders.
  • Monitor infrastructure projects throughout their lifecycle.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and compliance.
  • Verify project milestones and deliverables against approved plans.
  • Identify project risks and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure adherence to approved project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Manage infrastructure-related contracts and service level agreements.
  • Maintain project records and documentation for audit purposes.

What You’ll Need

  • An appropriate bachelor’s degree or national diploma in Building Environment, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or Project Management.
  • A minimum of three to five years of work experience at a supervisory level in infrastructure project management or related fields.
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislative frameworks and project management principles.
  • Proficiency in technical skills related to monitoring and evaluation, problem-solving, and report writing.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
