What You’ll Do
- Monitor the Municipal Housing Operating Accounts (MHOA) to ensure proper management and reporting.
- Oversee funds allocated to the Municipality and related entities to ensure compliance and effective usage.
- Facilitate financial close-out projects, ensuring all processes are completed efficiently.
- Provide expert advice and input on policy matters to enhance housing strategies.
- Manage financial and human resources within the component to achieve departmental objectives.
What You’ll Need
- A Degree or National Diploma in Accounting or Financial Management.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Management.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a relevant role.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong knowledge of Public Finance Act, Labour Relations, and Housing Policies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management and financial management.

Requirements
Applicants must be in possession of a Degree or National Diploma in Accounting and Financial Management coupled with minimum of 5 years’ experience in Financial Management as well as minimum of three years in a supervisory experience.A valid driver’s license.
