What You’ll Do
- Oversee and manage academic and student administration support services.
- Coordinate student registration and the examination administration process.
- Supervise human resource administration services to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Manage financial assets and supply chain management effectively.
- Ensure the maintenance of campus infrastructure and fleet management.
- Provide general administration support and maintain proper filing systems.
What You’ll Need
- A Degree or National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Public Management, Administration, or a related qualification recognized by SAQA.
- 3-5 years of work experience in administration or related supervisory roles.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of office administration, Public Service legislation, and TVET Administration.
- Understanding of the Higher Education sector and budgetary management.
- Strong skills in planning, organizing, communication, financial management, problem-solving, and team leadership.
