What You’ll Do

  • Register incoming case dockets and ensure accurate scanning.
  • Communicate with prosecutors regarding case matters.
  • Generate statistical reports from the Electronic Case Management System (ECMS).
  • Address queries related to case flow from prosecutors and SAPS.
  • Capture new cases and update information in the ECMS daily.
  • Maintain data integrity and accuracy on the ECMS.
  • Provide hard copies of dockets to the defense upon request from prosecution.
  • Prepare and organize administrative files and documents.
  • Liaise between the NPA and SAPS to acquire urgent dockets.
  • Assist in generating and validating court statistics for reports.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong communication and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent customer focus and responsiveness.
  • Ability to work independently while being accountable and credible.
  • Effective report writing and time management skills.
