What You’ll Do

  • Supervise and provide clerical support services to the office team
  • Manage supply chain processes and liaise with vendors for procurement
  • Capture and update financial expenditure records accurately
  • Oversee stock control of office stationery and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with the regulations set by the NPA
  • Supervise personnel administration services, including travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Assess staff performance and maintain a high standard of work quality
  • Support the financial administration processes within the component

What You’ll Need

  • An appropriate B Degree (NQF level 7) or a three-year Diploma (NQF level 6) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • A minimum of two years’ relevant experience in a supervisory role
  • Basic knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and National Treasury Regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong planning, organizing, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to act independently and handle responsibilities professionally
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required
