What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office and legal staff.
- Maintain an organized administrative system to streamline office functions.
- Draft and send correspondence to the public, organizations, and state departments.
- Facilitate communication regarding administrative matters within the office.
- Deliver and manage mails, faxes, and documents, including filing and photocopying tasks.
- Assist in the management of court rolls and provide necessary court administration services.
- Compile and submit monthly reports and statistics.
- Ensure case records are meticulously maintained and accessible.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and professionally.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong report writing abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with responsiveness to inquiries and needs.
- Proficient in administrative tasks and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills and flexibility in adapting to changing demands.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
