What You’ll Do

  • Manage the effective scanning of internal and external complaints received by the NPA
  • Compile and provide reports on complaints for management review
  • Capture complaints on the database with accuracy
  • Allocate complaints to the relevant business units for further action
  • Categorize alerts according to established criteria
  • Track complaints through various business units and provide feedback on progress
  • Support the Service Inspection and Improvements Division with administrative tasks
  • Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual reports detailing complaints and outcomes
  • Maintain registers and update statistical records related to complaints

What You’ll Need

  • A three (3) year Diploma (NQF 6) in policing, Forensic Investigation, Internal Auditing, or Criminology
  • A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in handling complaints
  • Strong knowledge of case management and data management processes
  • Excellent general administration skills and computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on research and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to act independently and professionally, with a strong sense of accountability
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently
