What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of educational training and development events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Collaborate with client departments, service providers, and internal teams to align training initiatives with strategic goals.
  • Manage procurement processes for venues and catering, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare case files for training interventions and ensure timely submission of reports and attendance registers.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training events, preparing assessments and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of course materials and documentation, adhering to approved specifications.
  • Conduct site visits to training venues to ensure standards are maintained.
  • Oversee the management of resources and data integrity related to training interventions.

What You’ll Need

  • A tertiary qualification registered at NQF Level 6 in fields such as Human Resource Development, Business Administration, or Project Management.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in education, training, and development coordination or related roles, including supervisory experience.
  • Strong understanding of the ETD environment and relevant public sector policies and frameworks.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant data analysis software.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
