What You’ll Do
- Conduct and facilitate the administration of PERSAL establishment processes.
- Validate the alignment of the PERSAL establishment with the functional structure.
- Prepare and draw up monthly reports on PERSAL activities.
- Maintain and update the excel database to ensure accurate records.
- Coordinate engagement with various stakeholders involved in the establishment process.
What You’ll Need
- An undergraduate qualification in Human Resource Management, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or Public Management at NQF Level 6, recognized by SAQA.
- A minimum of four years’ experience, including two years in a functional establishment environment and two years in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in PERSAL establishment and other HR systems, along with strong Excel skills.
- Knowledge of human resource prescripts in government.
- Excellent skills in financial management, report writing, risk management, project management, and policy analysis.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
