What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

  • An appropriate 3-year tertiary qualification (National Diploma/B-Degree).
  • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of legislation and best practices related to cultural affairs.
  • Experience in project management, operational management, and financial oversight.
  • Understanding of public service procedures and local political, economic, and social dynamics.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management and performance management processes.
  • Excellent skills in numeracy, literacy, computer literacy, and accounting.
