What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement compliance and assurance audit strategies and plans.
• Conduct audits according to established methodologies and guidelines.
• Monitor and report on the progress of compliance and assurance audit activities.
• Manage resources effectively within the sub-directorate.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure adherence to compliance standards.

What You’ll Need

• An undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) in Internal Audit, Accounting, or Cost and Management Accounting.
• Internal Audit Technician (IAT) certification is an advantage.
• Professional Internal Auditor (PIA) certification is a plus.
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification adds value.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in compliance and assurance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• A solid understanding of relevant policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
