What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement compliance and assurance audit strategies and plans.
- Conduct audits according to established methodologies and guidelines.
- Monitor and report on the progress of compliance and assurance audit activities.
- Manage resources effectively within the sub-directorate.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
What You’ll Need
- An undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) in Internal Audit, Accounting, or Cost and Management Accounting.
- Internal Audit Technician (IAT) certification is an advantage.
- Professional Internal Auditor (PIA) certification is a plus.
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification adds value.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in compliance and assurance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- A solid understanding of relevant policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
