What You’ll Do

  • Implement strategies to ensure compliance with COID legislation.
  • Conduct thorough research on existing COID legislation and its implications.
  • Foster collaboration among internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
  • Evaluate performance across 28 provincial offices and provide technical support.
  • Coordinate the development of policy documents and offer technical advice to relevant stakeholders.

What You’ll Need

  • An undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) in BCom Law or an LLB Law Degree, recognized by SAQA.
  • Admission as an Attorney or Advocate is an advantage.
  • A valid driver’s licence.
  • Four years of functional experience in a legal or statutory services environment.
  • Knowledge of public service transformation, management issues, and relevant legislation.
  • Ability to convert policy into actionable strategies and understand departmental policies and procedures.
