What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and manage office accommodation projects for Head and District Offices.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
- Develop full-scale project plans and communication documents to ensure clarity and efficiency.
- Liaise with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and support.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive database of project details, including financial aspects.
- Monitor project budgets and spending, ensuring financial control and accountability.
- Draft and present quarterly financial reports and project progress updates.
- Utilize project management tools to track timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with various departments to negotiate resource requirements and personnel acquisition.
What You’ll Need
- A National Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification, along with a suitable 3-year post-school qualification.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, preferably within an educational environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies and financial management principles.
- Proven experience in managing accommodation projects and understanding relevant government policies.
- Advanced computer skills, specifically in spreadsheets and budgeting.
- Strong analytical thinking and negotiation skills.
- Excellent report-writing capabilities.
