What You’ll Do

  • Train offenders in the plumbing trade, facilitating skills development.
  • Execute plumbing work based on client requisitions and orders.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure product standards.
  • Conduct costing and supply quotes for plumbing services.
  • Manage basic workshop administration and maintenance tasks.
  • Oversee and allocate resources efficiently within the workshop.

What You’ll Need

  • An appropriate Trade Test Certificate underwritten by the Manpower Training Act (Red Seal).
  • A valid driver’s licence.
  • Technical analysis knowledge and skills.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided technical applications.
  • Understanding of legal compliance in the workplace.
  • Competence in technical report writing and production processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective decision-making and teamwork skills.
