What You’ll Do
- Design and produce electrical objects according to client specifications and production capabilities.
- Supervise the production process and ensure compliance with recognized standards.
- Conduct inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and rectify technical faults.
- Repair and test equipment to meet established specifications.
- Maintain a register of all maintenance and repairs performed.
- Request quotations and manage the purchasing of necessary equipment and materials.
- Compile and submit detailed reports as required.
- Lead and supervise a team to ensure effective service delivery.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum appropriate Trade Test Certificate in electrical work.
- At least five years of post-qualification experience as an Artisan.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Strong knowledge of project management and technical design.
- Proficiency in computer-aided technical applications.
- Understanding of legal compliance related to electrical work.
- Excellent skills in technical report writing and consulting.
- Knowledge of operating workshop equipment and adherence to OHSA regulations.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, teamwork, and creativity skills.
