What You’ll Do
- Supervise the design and production of electrical objects based on client specifications.
- Inspect equipment and facilities for technical faults and ensure effective maintenance.
- Repair electrical equipment and facilities, adhering to established standards.
- Test repaired equipment against specifications and maintain an updated register of faults.
- Manage procurement processes, including obtaining quotations and purchasing required materials.
- Compile and submit reports as necessary.
- Lead and motivate a team to ensure efficient service delivery.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum appropriate Trade Test Certificate.
- Five years of post-qualification experience as an Artisan.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of project management and technical design.
- Skills in problem-solving, decision-making, teamwork, and creativity.
- Familiarity with technical report writing and compliance standards.
- Experience operating workshop equipment and knowledge of financial management.
