What You’ll Do
- Handle requisitions and purchase orders efficiently to support departmental activities.
- Prepare invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Coordinate the management of stores, maintaining proper inventory levels and organization.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement processes.
- Assist in the implementation of financial management practices within the department.
What You’ll Need
- NQF Level 6 qualification as recognized by SAQA.
- A qualification in Financial Management, Supply Chain Management, or Procurement Management is advantageous.
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ relevant experience in a Supply Chain Management environment or related field.
- A valid driver’s license (not required for candidates with disabilities).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Program and Project Management, Change Management, and Financial Management.
- Functional computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
