What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support for the Defence Policy, Strategy and Planning Division.
- Assist in planning and implementing the business plan for the Directorate.
- Manage human resource administration, logistics, and asset management.
- Offer financial administration support services.
- Facilitate Information, Communication, and Technology administration.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 certificate (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
- A recognised National Diploma or Advanced Certificate (NQF Level 6) in Office Administration, Public Administration, or Management.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of relevant public sector policies, legislation, and departmental procedures.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills.
- Excellent communication abilities (both written and verbal).
- Understanding of financial management principles.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Advanced computer skills and a high level of professionalism.
