What You’ll Do
- Facilitate skills programs and coordinate training sessions to enhance employee capabilities.
- Implement various developmental programs, including learnerships and internships, to promote workforce readiness.
- Administer bursaries to support individuals pursuing qualifications in Human Resource Management and related fields.
- Provide comprehensive induction and orientation programs for new employees to ensure smooth integration into the department.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to training and development initiatives.
What You’ll Need
- Grade 12 plus an NQF Level 6 qualification in Human Resource Development or Human Resource Management, or an equivalent qualification recognized by SAQA.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Human Resource Development or Management.
- In-depth knowledge of Human Resource Training and Development practices.
- Familiarity with the Public Service Act, policies, and procedures.
- Understanding of Public Finance Management and the Skills Development Act.
- Strong financial problem-solving, planning, organizing, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coordination abilities.
