What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative support for transport and fleet management services.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate log sheets and fuel allowances reports.
  • Oversee fleet insurance and compliance services.
  • Ensure regular vehicle maintenance and safety checks are conducted.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to fleet management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless fleet operations.

What You’ll Need

  • NQF level 6 qualification recognized by SAQA.
  • A qualification in Financial Management, Auditing, Cost Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing Management, Business Management, or Financial Accounting is advantageous.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a Supply Chain Management environment or a related field.
  • A valid driver’s license (except for candidates with disabilities).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
