What You’ll Do
- Arrange VIP protection and ensure security measures are in place
- Update programmes on Risk Management (RIMAS)
- Manage and maintain client profiles and registers
- Implement security measures for classified documents
- Facilitate service delivery meetings with provincial heads
- Attend and collaborate in meetings with personal assistants and secretaries from other departments
What You’ll Need
- Proven competency in core functions related to the role
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language
- South African citizenship with proof required during the interview
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification
- At least four years of relevant experience in a similar field
- A three-year Diploma/Degree (NQF Level 6 or higher) is advantageous
- Knowledge of applicable prescripts in the Public Service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- General computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
