What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the enforcement component and the Deputy Directors.
  • Process invoices and ensure timely payments to service providers and business units.
  • Attend to queries related to payments from various stakeholders.
  • Reconcile monthly commitments and facilitate payments to curators and auctioneers.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements regarding payments and financial transactions.
  • Attend and participate in meetings to discuss responsibilities and administrative functions.
  • Manage and maintain the Electronic Case Management System (ECMS).
  • Receive and file proofs of CARA deposits from regions and request bank statements as needed.
  • Process subsistence and travel claims for the Head Office and Deputy Directors.
  • Handle cellphone and data reimbursement claims effectively.
  • Organise and maintain a meticulous filing and record-keeping system.
  • Compile and submit consolidated monthly reports to relevant stakeholders.

What You’ll Need

  • An appropriate B Degree (NQF level 7) or a three-year Diploma (NQF 6) in Public Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years’ relevant experience in an administrative support environment.
  • Knowledge of legislation and regulations pertaining to the Public Service Act and Regulations, PFMA, POCA, and other relevant laws.
  • Familiarity with the Electronic Case Management System (ECMS) and SharePoint is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a competency in professional and accountable conduct.
  • Proficient in general computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent reporting, task management, and time management skills.
