What You’ll Do
- Conduct monitoring exercises and evaluate the effectiveness of police services at various police stations.
- Perform unannounced station visits to assess compliance with national standards.
- Identify non-compliant police stations and gaps during assessments.
- Draft improvement plans to address shortcomings identified in evaluations.
- Ensure accurate documentation of visits in the Occurrence Book.
- Develop and compile reports on findings and recommendations after visits.
- Monitor the resolution of cases reported at police stations.
- Assist in resolving service delivery complaints and provide advice for performance improvement.
- Implement District Court Watch Brief Assessments at local courts.
- Report on service delivery standards and improvements following evaluations.
What You’ll Need
- NQF Level 6 Diploma in Public Administration.
- Diploma in Police Science is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Knowledge of national legislation and compliance monitoring.
- Strong report writing skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
