What You’ll Do
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the National School Nutrition Programme (NSNP).
- Oversee the provision and efficiency of Scholar Transport services.
- Supervise the management of the Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP) initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program compliance and effectiveness.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on project progress and outcomes.
- Facilitate communication between the department and service providers.
- Assist in problem-solving and addressing any issues related to program delivery.
- Uphold standards of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
What You’ll Need
- NQF Level 6 qualification recognized by SAQA; a qualification in Secretary/Management Assistant/Office Administration is advantageous.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in management, administration, or a related field.
- Valid driver’s license (except for individuals with disabilities).
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislative frameworks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
- Excellent report writing and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Good planning, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
- Commitment to customer service and professionalism.
- Effective time management skills.
