What You’ll Do
- Coordinate the processing of Location Based Services (LBS) applications in compliance with relevant legislation.
- Prepare and disseminate written confirmations and proof of submissions to Electronic Communication Service providers.
- Submit affidavits related to LBS activations to the Designated Judge of interceptions.
- Manage and coordinate procedures under Section 205 of Act 51/1977, ensuring adherence to legal standards.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations within the department.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all processes and submissions.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience in administrative roles.
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 4).
- A three-year Diploma/Degree in Law (LLB, BA Law, BCOM Law, etc.), or similar qualifications will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official South African language.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with general computer literacy (MS Office suite).
- A valid driver’s license for light motor vehicles is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to act independently and professionally, with strong planning and problem-solving skills.
