What You’ll Do
- Assist with the registration and administration of informants.
- Capture and maintain informer certification records.
- Manage and maintain the National Informer Database.
- Oversee the administration of payments for informer rewards and remuneration.
- Ensure compliance with relevant prescripts applicable to the Public Service.
- Provide support in report writing and data presentation.
- Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 4 as recognized by SAQA).
- At least four years of experience in a relevant field.
- An applicable three-year Diploma/Degree (NQF level 6 or higher) will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- A valid driver’s license for a light motor vehicle is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- General computer literacy (MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Ability to work independently while demonstrating professionalism and accountability.
