What You’ll Do

  • Provide effective and efficient medical records services, ensuring proper folder management.
  • Complete transactions in the Clinicom Case Note Tracking system accurately and promptly.
  • Create and maintain an organised filing system for patient folders and case notes.
  • File and retrieve patient folders or case notes as requested, ensuring timely access to information.
  • Uphold high ethical standards while managing confidential files and sensitive information.
  • Maintain filing banks and patient folder covers to ensure a systematic approach to records management.

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
  • Relevant experience in medical records management within a hospital environment.
  • Willingness to work irregular hours, including shifts and weekends if required.
  • Strong knowledge of medical records processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency in the HIS Clinicom Tracking system.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially under pressure.
  • Basic computer literacy.
