What You’ll Do

  • Assist in the supply chain management function within the Labour Centre.
  • Provide finance and office management services to support daily operations.
  • Manage human resource functions, including training and performance activities.
  • Maintain records management to ensure effective information flow and compliance.
  • Support the implementation of departmental policies and procedures.

What You’ll Need

  • A Matriculation/Grade 12/Senior Certificate.
  • Knowledge of Batho Pele Principles, departmental policies, and Treasury regulations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Planning and organizational skills, along with analytical capabilities.
  • Computer literacy and a client-focused approach.
  • A sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and the ability to work under pressure.
