What You’ll Do

  • Register work-seekers on the Employment Services System (ESSA)
  • Provide registration services for work and learning opportunities
  • Refer work-seekers for Employment Counselling services
  • Offer administrative support for placement processes
  • Execute general administrative duties and participate in advocacy sessions as required

What You’ll Need

  • Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
  • A valid driver’s licence (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, and labour legislation
  • Proficiency in computer literacy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving capabilities and good listening skills
  • Ability to interpret legislation and conduct interviews
