  • Participate in a funded Personal Mastery Course tailored for Work Integrated Learning participants.
  • Engage in practical training to enhance your skills in hospitality services within the healthcare environment.
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance while interacting with patients and staff.
  • Document your learning experiences and progress in the provided Learner Guide/Workbook/Logbook.

What You’ll Need

  • South African Citizenship is essential.
  • A completed Grade 12 certificate is required.
  • An N6 Certificate in Hospitality Management or an academic record demonstrating relevant studies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and basic numeracy skills.
  • A professional and well-presented demeanor, including good telephone etiquette.
  • Preference will be given to historically disadvantaged individuals.
