Phoenix Recruitment is hiring a Barman for a well-known luxury 5-star Game Lodge near Clanwilliam. This role focuses on providing an exceptional beverage experience by preparing, presenting, and serving drinks to the highest standards in a premium lodge setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide warm, professional, and personalised bar service to guests.
Prepare and serve drinks to meet 5-star quality standards.
Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and creativity in beverage preparation.
Maintain attention to detail to ensure consistent presentation and service.
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner suited to a luxury environment.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and service.
Ability to interact warmly and professionally with guests.
Demonstrated attention to detail and creativity in drink presentation.
Experience working in luxury or high-end hospitality environments is implied.
