What You’ll Do

  • Maintain website content and ensure it aligns with established standards and policies
  • Manage the quality, design, and style of the organisational website in accordance with the style guide
  • Implement security measures and data protection protocols to safeguard website integrity
  • Oversee the Security Validation Programme and web platform databases
  • Monitor site traffic and resolve technical issues to optimize performance for search engines
  • Conduct website troubleshooting and implement optimization strategies
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to improve site operations
  • Provide guidance on new website designs and upgrades
  • Undertake administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor

What You’ll Need

  • A National Diploma in Web Design/Computer Science or a relevant qualification at NQF Level 6 with 360 credits, as recognized by SAQA
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in web management, with at least one year in a supervisory role
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Knowledge of Azure, CRM Dynamics, various programming languages (C/C++, Visual Basic, C#, Java, XML, Angular), and relational database systems
  • Understanding of the Search Engine Optimization process and client-side technologies (HTML5, CSS, PHP, jQuery, JSON)
  • Strong skills in computer literacy, communication, project management, and problem-solving
