What You’ll Do

• Oversee the computer pump management system for optimal water supply.
• Ensure compliance with prescribed standards for quality and quantity of water delivered.
• Monitor and report any faults within the working environment.
• Operate water control valves and pumps efficiently.
• Protect water plant installations to maintain operational integrity.
• Administer the control room to streamline processes and enhance performance.

What You’ll Need

• A relevant NQF Level 4 qualification.
• A minimum of three years of experience in water plant operations.
• A valid unexpired driver’s license is preferred.
• Computer literacy is advantageous.
• Knowledge of water distribution and treatment processes.
• Basic understanding of policy implementation and monitoring principles.
• Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
• Willingness to travel as required.
