What You’ll Do

  • Conduct disciplinary investigations and serve as an initiator in disciplinary hearings.
  • Manage individual and collective grievances effectively.
  • Interpret and analyze Labour Relations statistics for informed decision-making.
  • Resolve conflicts and disputes within the workplace.
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of the Workplace Skills Plan and the Annual Training Report.
  • Provide secretariat services to the Skills Development and Institutional Management and Labour Committees.
  • Attend HRD and Labour Relations forum meetings to represent the department.
  • Supervise and manage subordinates effectively to ensure operational efficiency.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of a 3-year National Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Labour Law.
  • Relevant experience in Labour Relations and Human Resource Development.
  • Supervisory experience in a similar role.
  • A valid (Code B/EB) driver’s license and willingness to travel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy.
