What You’ll Do
- Manage the requisition and acquisition of stock and service orders.
- Oversee the distribution of supplies from provisioning stores.
- Process invoice administration for received equipment and services.
- Maintain an accurate database of suppliers and procurement records.
- Assist with general administration tasks within the supply chain management subsection.
What You’ll Need
- A Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational) at NQF Level 4.
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience in supply chain management.
- Proficiency in at least two official languages, including English.
- Strong knowledge of relevant prescripts applicable to the Public Service.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, alongside general computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Competency in independent decision-making, problem-solving, and sound planning and organizational skills.
