What You’ll Do
- Provide logistical and inventory management support to the hospital.
- Assist in the demand and acquisition clerical processes.
- Administer purchase orders and manage the goods receipt process.
- Verify and capture goods received from suppliers, ensuring accuracy.
- Conduct stocktaking and manage stock issuance from the warehouse.
- Expedite open purchase orders and report on commitments.
- Compile disclosures of commitments and perform other administrative duties as required by your supervisor.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum educational qualification of Senior Certificate/Grade 12, with Mathematics or Accountancy as a passed subject.
- Appropriate experience in Supply Chain Management and Finance Administrative processes.
- A valid Code B/EB driver’s license is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel and work overtime when necessary.
