What You’ll Do
- Verify and capture procurement source documents for accuracy
- Place orders with suppliers in a timely manner once approved
- Create and print orders using the LOGIS system
- Source quotations to ensure compliance with minimum requirements
- Assist end users in compiling compliant specifications on the supply chain system
What You’ll Need
- A National Senior Certificate
- A national diploma (NQF Level 6) in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Management, or Public Administration
- Knowledge of BAS and LOGIS will be an advantage
- Understanding of supply chain management processes and relevant legislation
