A reputable company is seeking a Parts Manager to oversee the operations of the Parts Department. This role is focused on driving parts sales, maximising gross profit, and ensuring overall departmental performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the Parts Department.
Drive parts sales, gross profit, and overall departmental performance.
Lead, coach, and motivate the parts team to achieve targets.
Maintain effective inventory control and minimise obsolete stock.
Ensure accurate ordering, receipting, issuing, and stock control processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with workshop, retail, wholesale customers, and suppliers.
Conduct stock takes and ensure compliance with company standards.
Monitor departmental performance and achieve set objectives.
