What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the maintenance of asset registration for state-owned leased accommodation.
  • Manage official accommodation within the province to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Provide effective property information management to support SAPS operations.
  • Conduct inspections and audits of fixed assets to ensure proper management and accountability.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate asset management processes.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of four years’ experience in a related field.
  • An applicable three-year Diploma/Degree (NQF level 6 or higher) is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and one other official language.
  • A valid driver’s license for at least a light motor vehicle is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competence in general computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
  • Excellent planning, organizing, and administration skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
