What You’ll Do

  • Facilitate the logistical provisioning and management of vehicles.
  • Perform random vehicle inspections and maintain accurate vehicle registers.
  • Transport vehicles for servicing or repairs.
  • Ensure proper certification of all fuel transactions.
  • Manage the registration and renewal of vehicle licenses.
  • Oversee the completion of the SAPS 132B documentation.
  • Maintain and update the vehicle asset register.
  • Ensure compliance with information security standards as per the Minimum Information Security Standards (MISS).
  • Supervise resources allocated to the transport environment effectively.

What You’ll Need

  • A Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or a National Certificate (Vocational) on NQF Level 4.
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience in supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in at least two official languages, including English.
  • South African citizenship with documentary proof required at the interview.
  • No prior criminal or departmental convictions.
  • Computer literacy and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or developmental courses will be advantageous.
