What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the movement and utilization of vehicles within your station.
  • Manage the utilization of physical resources and inventories effectively.
  • Handle correspondence regarding incidents, damages, losses, and thefts.
  • Administer procurement-related tasks to ensure timely supply of resources.
  • Supervise the allocation and management of human, physical, and financial resources at the station.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of four years’ experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
  • A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
  • An applicable three-year Diploma/Degree (NQF level 6 or higher) is preferred.
  • A valid driver’s license for at least a light motor vehicle is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Competency in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent problem-solving and planning abilities, along with strong analytical skills.
