What You’ll Do

  • Manage the administration of bookings and payments for international accommodation and transport services.
  • Oversee the provision and maintenance of suppliers and operational equipment.
  • Ensure that operational convoy vehicles are safe and that all relevant registers are accurately maintained.
  • Administer all Tactical Logistic functions for the province, ensuring compliance with standing orders.
  • Uphold confidentiality for all classified documents as per the relevant security protocols.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification recognized by SAQA.
  • Proficiency in English and one other official South African language.
  • Relevant courses in logistics or supply chain management will be advantageous.
  • Strong computer literacy skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer responsiveness.
  • Sound planning and organizational skills, along with the ability to work under pressure and extended hours.
