What You’ll Do
- Assist in the procurement of goods and services to support college operations
- Provide logistical administration services to enhance efficiency
- Offer general administrative support, including typing, filing, and document preparation
- Serve as the secretary for the Bid Committee, ensuring documentation is well-managed
- Upload specifications, quotations, invoices, and other necessary documents on the ITS system
What You’ll Need
- Grade 12 with Computer as a passed subject
- Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Public Management is advantageous
- Approximately 1 year of work experience in a supply chain or asset management environment is beneficial
- A valid driver’s license
- Strong administration skills with effective verbal and written communication
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work accurately and methodically under pressure
- Good planning, organizational skills, and interpersonal relations
