What You’ll Do

  • Conduct recruitment and selection processes for COID Services within the province.
  • Develop and maintain a database for filled and vacant posts related to COID Services.
  • Manage conditions of service processes to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Administer the PERSAL establishment for COID Services, maintaining accurate records.
  • Safeguard all human resource records pertinent to COID Services to uphold confidentiality and security.

What You’ll Need

  • An undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) in Human Resource Management recognized by SAQA.
  • A minimum of two years’ functional experience in Human Resources Management, particularly in recruitment and selection.
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resource Management principles, strategies, and relevant legislation.
  • Proficiency in digital HRM systems and an understanding of Compensation Fund business strategies.
  • Excellent skills in critical and innovative thinking, project management, and stakeholder relations.
