What You’ll Do
- Monitor and manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure fairness and compliance.
- Facilitate the processing and approval of service benefits for employees.
- Oversee the termination of service procedures within the province.
- Ensure the establishment and implementation of HR policies align with departmental goals.
- Supervise human, financial, and material resources within the division to maximize efficiency.
What You’ll Need
- An undergraduate qualification in Human Resource Management or Public Management at NQF Level 6, recognized by SAQA.
- A minimum of two years of functional experience in a human resource management environment.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Public Finance Management Act and Labour Relations Act.
- Strong skills in negotiation, people management, problem-solving, and planning.
- Proficiency in report writing and computer literacy.
- A valid driver’s license is advantageous.
