What You’ll Do
- Coordinate the implementation of Human Resource Development initiatives across KwaZulu-Natal.
- Oversee the execution of the Performance Management System within the province.
- Facilitate the development and execution of Internships and Learnership Programmes.
- Manage resources effectively, including human resources, finances, and equipment/assets within the division.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with Human Resource Development policies and regulations.
What You’ll Need
- An undergraduate qualification in Human Resource Management, Development, or a related field at NQF Level 6, recognized by SAQA.
- A minimum of two years’ practical experience in Human Resources Management, Training and Development, or Performance Management Services.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation such as the Public Service Act, Skills Development Act, and Labour Relations Act.
- Proficiency in communication, computer literacy, project management, and people management skills.
- A valid driver’s license will be an advantage.
