What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 qualification coupled with an appropriate undergraduate qualification in Human Resource Management or related fields (NQF level 6).
  • PERSAL Training/Certificate is essential.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a Human Resource Management environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of public service legislation and relevant prescripts.
  • Strong competencies in problem-solving, planning, organization, and financial management.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on group dynamics and diversity management.
