What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and supervise personnel practices within the district office and sub-districts.
  • Assist with all aspects of employment practices, including conditions of service and terminations.
  • Provide support and advisory services on personnel administration and human resource management.
  • Facilitate training on HR policies, legislation, and procedures.
  • Monitor compliance of all institutions with HR policies and practices.
  • Manage the administration of the FCE and workplace assessments.
  • Oversee HR audit action and compliance for the district.
  • Handle PILIR administration and district financial disclosures.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of a three-year National Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
  • Relevant experience in Human Resource Administration.
  • Proficiency in the PERSAL system.
  • A valid Code B/EB driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Cape Winelands Sub Districts.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good knowledge and experience in Human Resource Management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills.
