What You’ll Do

  • Attend to various labour relations matters to seek resolutions effectively.
  • Prepare submissions for approval and liaise with business units and external stakeholders.
  • Capture and maintain data on the case management system and PERSAL.
  • Extract and analyse PERSAL reports related to labour relations and compile reports.
  • Provide general labour relations advice and research relevant legislation and case law.
  • Assist in facilitating and investigating grievances, complaints, and misconduct cases.
  • Represent the NPA in disciplinary matters and external disputes.
  • Facilitate labour relations training sessions and assist with administrative functions.

What You’ll Need

  • An appropriate B Degree (NQF level 7) or a three-year Diploma (NQF 6) in Labour Relations.
  • At least two years of experience in a labour relations environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the Labour Relations regulatory environment, including relevant acts and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and a valid driver’s license.
