What You’ll Do

• Assign examiners for motor vehicle testing duties, ensuring compliance with legislation.
• Conduct regular inspections, quality assurance, and monitoring of testing processes.
• Ensure all testing equipment is properly calibrated and in optimal working order.
• Manage bank processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Oversee the deployment of security personnel for the protection of government property and clients.
• Maintain a document management system for the Vehicle Testing Station (VTS).
• Monitor operations to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and the NRTA.
• Implement internal controls and risk management recommendations to combat fraud and corruption.
• Conduct awareness sessions on anti-fraud measures and compliance.

What You’ll Need

• An NQF level 6/7 qualification in Public Administration, Public Management, or related fields.
• Qualification and registration as a NaTIS user and as an Examiner of Vehicles.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the NaTIS system, particularly in a supervisory role.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Comprehensive knowledge of GPG policies, public service regulations, and customer service expectations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
